There was a bus that left at midnight and one that left at seven AM. All of us who had a seven AM ride stayed up till midnight singing songs and playing games and talking to those who were going to leave at midnight. I cried when I had to say bye to a lot of my friends and Chris!
Then I went to bed (on the concrete!) and woke up cold...for the last time! Then we had breakfast which was more lovely cereal and boxed milk. We boarded the buses and drove to the border, about 30 minutes away, and then got off the bus and carried our bags through gates, doors, X-ray machines and lines and finally got all 56 of us through customs. We reboarded the bus and drove to the airport.
And here I am, sleepy and tired and full of memories, and waiting until 1:10 when my flight leaves. What a week. Are there even words? How do you go back home and explain all this to someone - that somebody deaf was healed, somebody blind was healed, that you were protected from a potentially very dangerous situation by what seems like chance...how can you tell somebody about how God used you?
And furthermore, how do I keep from losing the flame? When I'm thrown back into a school setting where my friends don't really care about God, how do I keep myself so in love with Him?
I can't wait to do this again next year!

I love that you're asking these questions...keep the challenge alive and strive to live your BEST life for Him every day :). Love you!
Matthew 13:44 is how you keep the fire. Our Lord is a great treasure and we forsake everything for Him.
I stumbled across your blog, and am inspired from your walk with our Lord Jesus. God Bless You
